With regard to how we assure authenticity through our service, with every puja order that we receive we will provide the puja receipt that is given at the Monastery. This is the practice done in all the monasteries. This is the only proof that we can offer. We all have to understand that such services are based on faith.

In cases of DIVINATION & LUNGTA we have mentioned on the site that we will not be able to procure a receipt as it is not in the custom to provide such a receipt. But if the customer so desires and based on their request, we will be able to deliver onsite pictures and videos.
